Merci Design & Decor will kindly accept returns on most unopened party supplies within 14 business days of receiving date. Custom items with names and Party Boxes are excluded from return. If there is a problem with your order, please contact for assistance.
Merci Design & Decor Parties Boxed are carefully curated items that will assist in your creation of a beautiful event. Each Party Boxed has a specific theme and will include some sort of plate and drinkware to get your event started. Custom Party Boxed are available at special request and requires ar $15 non-refundable deposit. Please send a email for special request. Include size of party, event theme, colors and three must have items excluding, plateware, flatware, drinkware and napkins.
Just because you don't see it, doesn't mean that it can't be created. Contact Merci with your design ideas and receive a response within 24 hours as if your idea can be created. Custom designs cannot be returned. Allowing Merci to be creative with your design will allow for a better product. Pictures for reference is a great suggestion piece but Merci will not duplicate another designer's work. The product may bare resemblance but will have it's own identity.
Ready made party supplies including Parties Boxed will ship 2 to 3 business days after order. Products that are made to order may take 3 to 5 business days before shipping based on complexity. Custom orders will vary on production time.
All items are shipped standard mail. Expedited shipping is available at special request.
